A move is in the works! On June 30th, Coldwell Banker Premier will be moving to 323 S. State St., Belvidere!
The building is remodeled, rich in history and character, and equipped with modern technology. Already referred to as Belvidere's "Home Depot", the new location will offer a conference room with an original restored fireplace and will be handicap accessible.
In light of the recent closings of several real estate companies in Belvidere, Coldwell Banker has decided to continue to show its strong committment to this community by making a long term investment in the business district downtown. With the future addition of train service between Chicago and Belvidere, the company believes this location will be perfectly positioned to service the community in the future.
